       Types of affiliate marketing

There are several types of affiliate marketing, including:

  1. Pay-per-click (PPC) affiliate marketing: In this model, the affiliate earns a commission each time someone clicks on their affiliate link and is directed to the merchant's website.

  2. Pay-per-lead (PPL) affiliate marketing: In this model, the affiliate earns a commission for each lead or potential customer they send to the merchant's website who fills out a form, signs up for a trial, or takes some other desired action.

  3. Pay-per-sale (PPS) affiliate marketing: In this model, the affiliate earns a commission for each sale made through their affiliate link.

  4. Cost-per-action (CPA) affiliate marketing: This is a broader term that includes both PPL and PPS models. In this model, the affiliate earns a commission when a specific action is taken, such as a sale or a lead.

  5. Multi-tier affiliate marketing: In this model, affiliates can earn commissions not only for their own sales or referrals but also for the sales or referrals made by others they refer to the program, creating a hierarchical network of affiliates

  6. Influencer marketing: This type of affiliate marketing involves partnering with influencers who have a significant following on social media platforms to promote a product or service to their audience in exchange for a commission
